Tuesday - Saturday, June through October: 9 am - 5 pm volunteers are needed to paint with the A Brush With Kindness program to paint in Astoria, White and Brookings area. August 3, 4 and 5: Thank-A-Thon. Three days of food, phones and fun. Stop by our office or call us at 692-5601 if you would like to help.

Sunday, August 22: Lucky Duck Pluck. 3 to 6 pm at the Brookings Aquatic Center. Rubber ducks, each with a number will be released into the swimming pool. As ducks are 'plucked' the ticket holder with the matching number wins a prize! Don't miss the Mini Duck Pluck for the children! Contact the Habitat for Humanity office at 692-5601 to purchase a duck. More fun and events to be announced soon. Please join us for this fun-filled afternoon.

Sunday, September 12: The Thrivent build dedication of the Klingbile home will be held at 6 pm. Please join them, Habitat for Humanity and Thrivent Financial for Lutherans in celebrating the completion of home #41, located in Camelot Square (corner Christine Avenue and 15th Street South).
